I help overwhelmed women come out of survival mode and back into safety within their own bodies.

My work is rooted in nervous system regulation, emotional resilience, and restoring clarity when life has felt heavy for too long.

Because healing doesn’t begin with pushing harder.

It begins with feeling safe enough to soften.

Hi, I’m Maggie.

For more than a decade, I've had the privilege of working with people who carry an extraordinary amount of responsibility.

Founders.

Physicians.

Business owners.

Executives.

Professionals whose performance matters—not just to themselves, but to the people who depend on them.

Over the years, I've noticed something they almost all have in common.

They've become exceptionally good at carrying pressure without realizing how much it's costing them.

That observation has shaped everything I do.

I've found that lasting change rarely comes from asking people to work harder or become someone different.

It comes from understanding the patterns that have quietly made high performance more expensive to sustain.

My work is about helping people recognize those patterns, so they can continue building the life they've worked hard to create without everything feeling heavier than it needs to.

How I Think

Every high performer has a different story.

Different responsibilities.

Different goals.

Different patterns.

That's why I don't believe in one-size-fits-all solutions.

Before making recommendations, I want to understand how you've learned to carry pressure, what's quietly increasing the cost of your performance, and where your system has been compensating for longer than it should.

Only then do I decide what support makes the most sense.

Sometimes that includes biomagnetic support.

Sometimes it includes psychology-informed strategies, behavioral observations, or nervous system support.

The tools matter.

But they're never the starting point.

Understanding the person always comes first.

Because when you understand the person, the recommendations become more thoughtful, more targeted, and more likely to create lasting change.

Why I Do This

Long before I was helping other high performers understand the cost of constant pressure, I was living it myself.

Like many of the people I work with today, I knew how to keep going.

Show up.

Figure it out.

Carry what needed to be carried.

For a long time, that felt like the right answer.

Until I realized that continuing to perform and feeling okay weren't always the same thing.

I wasn't looking to become less ambitious.

I wasn't looking to lower my standards.

I wanted to understand why everything felt like it was taking more out of me than it used to.

That search changed the way I understood high performance.

It also changed the way I work.

Today, I help people have the same realization:

Success doesn't have to depend on carrying more and more pressure.

It can be supported in a way that's sustainable.

What That Means For You

If we decide to work together, my goal isn't simply to help you feel better.

It's to help you understand yourself more clearly.

The better you understand the patterns shaping your performance, the easier it becomes to make decisions that support the life you've worked hard to build.

That means our work isn't focused on chasing symptoms or finding quick fixes.

It's about building greater awareness, reducing unnecessary pressure, and helping you perform in a way that feels sustainable over the long term.

I won't ask you to become someone different.

I'll help you understand what's been quietly getting in your way, so you can continue moving forward with greater clarity, confidence, and capacity.
