Clients submit what they are currently navigating before the session, and each session is built specifically around how their system is operating underneath the surface.

 

Sessions are delivered directly by email, allowing you to review and implement the work without needing to restructure your schedule around another call.

 

Additional support calls are available when necessary, but not required for the work to be effective.

Sessions are booked and paid for in advance. At the time of booking, you'll submit the primary symptoms, mental load, recovery issues, or performance strain currently affecting how your system is operating, along with the email you'd like your session delivered to. 

 

Your session is then built specifically around how your system is currently operating and delivered directly by email for you to work through privately at your own pace.

Single support sessions begin at $ 179.

Ongoing support frequency varies depending on current load, recovery needs, and how much pressure your system is carrying underneath the surface.

Additional phone or video support is available when needed,

but most clients work through the sessions independently on their own time.
