Refund and cancellation policy: No refunds will be given under any circumstance.
Any cancellations or no shows will result in you having to repay and reschedule another session.

Why do I pay ahead of time? Why are there no room for refunds ?—You might ask…
Reason #1
Paying in advance saves you time by giving you access to your consent form so that it can be filled out prior to your session. So when the session actually takes place, "its all about you!"
Reason #2
With my therapy sessions being so highly requested, advance payment allows you to secure your date and time. Therefore, you won't get your time slot bumped for a potential walk in.
Reason #3
When you pay in advance it allows me the opportunity to assess which course of action is best for you according to the symptoms you've provided in your consent form. In addition, it grants me sufficient time to set up your room so that your experience is enjoyable.
Reason #4
I value your time, which is why I begin preparing way before you show up. When you do come in I can provide you with the utmost quality and care that you deserve. In exchange, I do ask that you value my time as well by only scheduling sessions you can attend and/or have the courtesy to cancel even when there will be no refunds.
Reason #5
My therapy sessions are affordably priced because I want everyone to get the care they need. However, when you fail to attend or cancel you deny a genuinely interested person the opportunity for care. This is neither fair to me nor the potential client.
Which is why under no circumstance do I allow refunds, even in the event of a cancellation.
