Payment Policy

Payment is required in full before personalized support is prepared.

​

A booking is not considered confirmed until payment has been received.

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Session Delivery

​

Personalized support is primarily delivered by email unless otherwise discussed.

Most sessions are completed within 1–2 business days after payment and submission of the required intake form.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.

If additional information is needed, you may be contacted before your support is completed.

Refund Policy

Because every session is personalized, refunds are not available once preparation has begun or support has been delivered.
